To make YOUR Bedouin dinner an event to remember, we bring you to a nice place into the mountains (ca. 30min by Jeep) where you are surrounded by spectacular mountain formations, the stars of the milky way above you.
You can choose your food with prior notice:
- Chicken Barbecue
- Bedouin Chicken (steamed with vegetables in aluminium foil)
- Bedouin Goat or Sheep Barbecue (the meat is buried in the sand under the campfire until cooked)
- fresh Fish / Seafood Barbecue
- Beef Barbecue
- VEGETARIAN SPECIALITIES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST!
Cooking the Bedouin way!
All meat and vegetables will be freshly cooked on a camp fire. In addition, we bake fresh Bedouin bread, hand around plenty of tea and soft-drinks (no alcoholic drinks, these you will have to bring yourself). There will be rice, Tahina and Salad of the season.
